Homemade honey, ginger and lemon syrup

Ingredients:
50-60g fresh ginger
2 lemons
500g honey
200-300g natural water
Jar with clamp lid
 
Directions:
In a saucepan, pour the water and then add the ginger and the grated lemon. Bring to a boil and then strain. Then pour the honey into a saucepan and stir until completely dissolved. Add the lemon and ginger mixture and stir. Your natural and genuine syrup is ready.
