Steamed chocolate cheesecake: a mouthwatering dessert very simple to make

Ingredients:
White layer:
250 g of cream cheese
50 g of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of simple flour

Chocolate cake:
2 eggs
150 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of boiling water
100 gr of fresh milk
90 grams of oil
110 g of simple flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
150 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of boiling water
100 gr of fresh milk
90 grams of oil
110 g of simple flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Directions:
White layer: Whip the cheese with the sugar, then add 1 egg, water and flour.
Chocolate cake: Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the liquid ingredients, sifted the dried ones and add them to the rest making well mix.
Then use a steam pot or fill a large pot with water. Lay the mold and pour a first layer of chocolate, cook and pour the white one. Finally, after having cooked the white layer, add and cook the last layer of chocolate. It will take 15-20 minutes for each layer.
