Tortilla And Meat Sauce "Lasagna": enjoy the Italian and Mexico flavour

Ingredients:
900 grams of minced beef
140 grams of corn
450 grams of salsa
400 grams of cheddar
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Oil
6-8 flour tortillas
sour cream and extra salsa
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat and add salt and pepper. Chop the onion and add to beef, stir well then add corn and salsa. To layer the lasagna start with a layer of tortillas on the bottom. Spoon half of the meat mixture on top. Then add another layer of tortillas and repeat the process. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to set for a few minutes to cool.
