SWEET PUFF PASTRY SWIRLS: with 3 ingredients you can make delicious sweets!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
60g of raspberry jam
Brown sugar
 
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on the working surface and spread the raspberry jam on one half.
2. Fold the pastry in half to cover the jam. Press down on the remaining area with the palm of your hand to release any air bubbles, and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
3. Cut the dough into strips about 1.5cm wide. Stretch them by pulling the ends and twisting them in opposite directions until you create a spiral shape. Roll the dough into a spiral.
4. Arrange the swirls on a baking tray and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
5. Serve the puff pastry swirls on a serving dish and enjoy.
