Lemon pound cake: the recipe for a delicious and easy to make dessert

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
170 g of sugar
200 g of flour
60 g of potato starch
60 g of seeds oil
60 g of whole milk
50g of lemon juice
2 lemons grated zest
1 packet of baking powder (16 g)
Directions:
1. Mix eggs and sugar.
2. Then add oil, lemon juice and zest.
3. Then stir in milk, potato starch, flour and lastly baking powder.
4. Pour the batter in a mold.
5. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
