Holiday appetizers: 3 simples, cute and tasty ideas to amaze your guests

Ingredients:

1)Caviar mini-pancakes

175 g of flour

10 g of fresh brewer's yeast

200 g of milk

2 eggs

60 g of butter

50 g of yogurt

150 g of whipping cream

80 g of caviar

2) Puff pastry Christmas tree

1 puff pastry sheet

200 g of sun-dried tomatoes

3)Salmon Vol-au-vent

150 g of smoked salmon

200 g of cream cheese

1 puff pastry sheet

Dill

Directions:

- Caviar mini-pancakes

1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk, then add 1 tbsp of flour.

2. Let sit for 30 minutes. Then add egg yolks and melted butter.

3. Now stir in flour and blend into a smooth batter.

4. Aside, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix them into the batter.

5. Cook pancakes into a buttered pan.

6. Fill with whipped cream and caviar.

- Puff pastry Christmas trees

1. Chop up tomatoes.

2. Cut puff pastry in thin stripes and fill.

3. Shape the trees folding dough stripes, then use a wooden stick to hold them still.

4. Place them on a pan coated with baking paper.

5. Bake at 170° until golden.

-Salmon Vol-au-vent

1. Cut some circles into puff pastry.

2. Make a hole in the middle of some of them and overlap.

3. Make some holes with a fork.

4. Brush with a whisked egg.

5. Mix cheese, chopped dill and salmon cut in pieces.

6. Bake vol-au-vent and fill with the salmon mixture.
