How to make a perfect guacamole

Ingredients:

3 small avocados

1 small onion

120 g of cherry tomatoes

3 tbsp of cilantro.

2 small chili peppers

2 garlic cloves

Lime or lemon juice

Half a tsp of salt

Directions:

1. Finely dice the onion, then mince the garlic.

2. Remove seeds, stems and ribs from the chili peppers. Then chop them.

3. Dice the tomatoes and chop cilantro.

4. Peel and mash avocados using a fork.

5. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

6. Then season with salt and lemon juice.

7. Mix with a fork.
