Puff pastry with vegetables: the simple, light and savory recipe

Ingredients:
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
6 mushrooms (300 g)
1 bell pepper
Olive oil
Oregano
1 spring onion
200 g of cheddar or mozzarella cheese
170 g of cream cheese
Green olives
1 puff pastry sheet
1 egg yolk
Milk
Basil leaves
Directions:
1. Slice all of the vegetables.
2. Place them in a tray with baking paper on the bottom.
3. Season with oil, salt and pepper.
4. Bake at 180° for 15-18 minutes.
5. Spread puff pastry and cover with a cream cheese layer.
6. Then fill with cheese and vegetables.
7. Close the edges, then brush with egg yolk and milk.
8. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
