Detox hot water with lemon and ginger: the healthy recipe

Ingredients:

1 lemon

Ginger

Waterfall

Cloves

Directions:

1. Peel a lemon and cut it in half.

2. In a saucepan pour some water and then add the lemon juice (half) and the lemon zest.

3. Add the ginger and bring to a boil.

4. Turn off the heat and add the clove.

5. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

6. Filter everything and enjoy this drink.
