INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp yogurt
100ml (2/5 cup) water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
250g (2 cups) flour
100g tomato sauce
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp oregano
Egg yolk

METHOD

In a bowl mix together yogurt, water, salt, baking powder, and flour.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll it out and fill with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and oregano, top with another piece of dough and blow it up.
Spread with egg yolk and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes.
