Lemon cheesecake: how to prepare this amazing and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
CHEESECAKE BASE:
80g biscuits
30g butter
CHEESECAKE CREAM:
200g spreadable cheese
60g sugar
5g gelatin in sheets
25g cold water
200g fresh cream
5g lemon juice
LEMON CURD:
1 egg
50g sugar
50g lemon juice
50g butter
2g gelatin in sheets
10g cold water
MASCARPONE CREAM:
60g mascarpone
60g fresh cream
10g sugar
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash the mixture on the base of the mold and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Cream: soak the gelatin and then dissolve it. Mix the cheese with the sugar, then add the lemon juice, whipped cream and melted gelatin. Pour the cream onto the base and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
3. Lemon curd: soak the gelatin. In a saucepan, mix egg, sugar, lemon juice, gelatin and butter.
4. Pour on the cake and leave 2/3 hours in the freezer.
