Bunuelos: Mexican pancakes to make in a snap!

INGREDIENTS
190g (1/2 cup) flour
6g salt
6g baking powder
2 eggs
30g (2 2/5 tbsp) sugar
60ml (1/4 cup) water
30g melted butter
10ml vanilla extract
240ml (1 cup) milk
Vegetable oil 
Ground cinnamon
 
METHOD
  1. Combine flour with baking powder in a bowl and add salt, 2 eggs, and sugar. Mix the ingredients then add melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Add vegetable oil to a pan and heat up the metal shape, then dip the shape into the mixture and cook in the oil as you see in the video.
