Potato and carrot skewers: the simple and tasty side dish

Ingredients:
4-5 small new potatoes
2 carrots
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
salt up to taste
spices to taste (oregano)
extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Wash both potatoes and carrots well.
2. Then cut into thin slices and place them in a bowl.
3. Add the breadcrumbs, salt, spices and oil.
4. Form the skewers and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
