Savory log with salmon: a tasty appetizer, perfect for Christmas

Ingredients:

Potatoes 450 gr

salt

Crab sticks 200 gr

Pickled cucumbers 4

Dried tomatoes 50 gr

Spring onion

Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

black pepper

Cheese 2 tablespoons

Hot pepper

Smoked salmon

Directions:

1. First peel and cut the potatoes in salted water.

2. Then cut the crab sticks, gherkins, dried tomatoes and spring onion.

3. Add the mayonnaise and black pepper, mix everything well.

4. Mash the potatoes and mix them with the cheese and chilli.

5. Spread the mixture on cling film and stuff with the filling.

6. Wrap everything up and let it rest for 2-3 hours.

7. Cover the log with the salmon and serve.
