Pomegrante jellies: delicious and simple to prepare!

INGREDIENTS

2 pomegranates
200ml (3/4 cup) of pomegranate (juice)
1/2 of lemon (juice)
100ml (3/4 cup) of water
45g (1/2 cup) of cornstarch
200ml (3/4 cup) of pomegranate (juice)
1/2 of lemon (juice)
100ml (3/4 cup) of water
45g (1/2 cup) of cornstarch
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar
120ml (1/2 cup) of water
Coconut flakes
120ml (1/2 cup) of water

METHOD
- Take the pomegranates cap and cut. Then the peel of the pomegranate is cut into wedges in correspondence with the internal skins, then gently opens and many pomegranate wedges are obtained.
- Add the seeds to the food processor until the juice is obtained and strain the mixed part of the pomegranate with a strainer.
- In a bowl add the pomegranate juice, lemon juice, water, cornstarch and mix all together.
- Add sugar and water to the pot and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the pomegranate mixture and stir until thickened.
- Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and close with foil on all sides. Leave in the fridge for two hours.
- Cut the mixture into squares and dip it into the coconut grains.
