Lemon jelly: easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS:
3 lemons
75g of water
75g of lemon juice
2g of agar or 1 sheet of gelatine
30g of sugar

PREPARATION:
1. Cut the lemons in half from the longest side, you can remove the pulp and set aside.
2. Squeeze the pulp obtained and filter the juice, put it in a saucepan together with the sugar, then add the agar agar, as soon as it comes to the boil, leave for about a minute and then turn off.
3. Transfer the liquid into the emptied lemons and let cool completely, then transfer to the fridge.
4. Once cold they will be ready to be cut into wedges and served.
