Potato and cheese balls: a simple dish to enjoy with every bite!

Here's a new way to cook potatoes!

INGREDIENTS
1,5kg boiled potatoes
1 egg
3 tbsp grated cheese
100 g Mozzarella
50 g baked ham
100 g grated mozzarella
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil

METHOD
  1. Boil and clean potatoes, press it and mix with salt, parsley, grated cheese, oil and egg.
  2. Make balls and fill them with mozzarella and ham.
  3. Transfer to the baking pan and add oil with parsley and shredded cheese. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
