Meat nice square buns: the delicious recipe suitable for all occasions!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
½ kg flour
1 tbsp milk powder
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
7g dry yeast
Water
Egg
Sesame seeds
Filling:
2 red onions
2 bell peppers
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Minced meat
Cheese
METHOD
- Pour yeast and sugar into a glass of warm water and mix.
- Add milk powder and salt to a bowl with flour and mix. Add the oil and the yeast-sugar mixture and mix again.
- Keep mixing until you get a dough.
- Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and let it rest until it is doubled in size. Cook pepper and chopped onion in a pan. Add salt, pepper, oil, garlic powder.
- Add ground beef to one side of the pan, add more salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cook. Mix everything and continue cooking.
- Divide the dough in two. Flatten each ball into a square. Draw several squares in the dough and add a little of the minced meat mixture into each square.
- Add grated cheese to each square. Brush some water on the edges of the square.
- Cover the entire square with the other piece of dough. Use your fingers to finish forming the squares and cut.
- Place each square on a baking sheet. Brush beat egg on each one and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
