Zucchini sticks: the easy and delicious appetizer

Ingredients:
3 medium zucchini
all purpose flour
fine salt
2 medium eggs
4 heaping tablespoons of breadcrumbs
4 heaping tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
dried oregano to taste (if you like)
extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Wash the courgettes and cut them, then place them in a pan and add the salt.
2. Mix the flour with the salt, beat the eggs with the salt and then mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan and oregano.
3. Dip the courgettes in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
4. Arrange them in a pan and bake at 200 ° for 40-45 minutes.
