Lemon sponge cake: how to prepare this amazing and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of milk
1/2 glass of oil
2 glasses of flour
1 sachet of yeast
1 sachet of vanillin
Juice and peel of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon of turmeric

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk and oil.
2. Then sift and add flour, baking powder and vanilla.
3. Finally add the juice and lemon peel, turmeric and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 356°F/180° for 35/40 minutes.
5. You can make an icing with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
