Chia seed yogurt: the detox and delicious snack

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 glass of warm water
1 plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 lemon
Directions:
1. Put the chia seeds in a glass, then add the water.
2. Once a gel has formed, you can pour it into a bowl.
3. Then add the yogurt, cinnamon and lemon juice.
4. Mix well and enjoy this healthy and light snack.
