Millefeuille with cream and strawberries: the recipe for a delicious and simple dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
1 sheet of rectangular puff pastry
For the cream:
500 ml of milk
1 vanilla pods
150 gr sugar
20 gr corn starch
250 ml whipping cream
Decoration:
Strawberries
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Pierce the puff pastry and add the sugar. Bake at 340°F/170° for 30 minutes.
2. Cream: heat the milk with the vanilla and separately mix the starch and sugar. Add the milk and let it thicken, then let it cool. Finally add the whipped cream.
3. Assemble and serve this delicious millefeuille.
