Pancake rolls: a sweet solution for your perfect break!

Take your breakfast to the next level with this amazing method!

INGREDIENTS

190g (1 ½ cup) flour

4 tsp baking powder

a pinch of salt

2 tbsp sugar

1 egg

310ml milk

55g (¼ cup) melted butter

½ tsp vanilla essence

Chocolate

METHOD

Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Pour milk into a bowl, add egg, butter, vanilla essence and mix. Pour into the flour mixture, mix again.
Pour some of the mixtures into a pan greased with butter. Spread the mixture on a wide strip. Put two pieces of chocolate at one end and roll up the strip of pancake. Pour more mixture on the edge and repeat to form a roll.
