5 minutes savory cake: quick and very tasty!

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
3 eggs
120ml (0.5 cup) yogurt
120ml (0.55 cup) oil
salt
pepper
120ml (1.5 cup) parmesan
350g (2.8 cups) flour
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
120ml (0.5 cup) milk
100g (3.5 oz) cheese
100g (3.5 oz) ham
 
METHOD
  1. Grate the zucchini. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, oil, salt and pepper. Add parmesan, flour and baking powder. Mix.
  2. Add diced ham, cheese and grated zucchini.
  3. Mix and pour into a baking tin.
  4. Bake at 360F / 180C for 30 minutes. Serve.
