Paradise cream roll: how to prepare an incredible dessert

Ingredients:
4 eggs
60 g flour
60 g sugar
40 ml of seed oil
50 ml of water
1 vial of vanilla
2 tablespoons of yeast
250 g mascarpone
20 g honey
250 ml cream
Preparation:
1. Divide the egg yolks from the whites and whisk the latter until stiff.
2. Mix the egg yolks with oil, water and sugar.
3. Then add the flour, vanilla and yeast.
4. Add the egg whites and pour the mixture into a rectangular pan.
5. Bake at 356°F/180° for 25/30 minutes.
6. Mix the mascarpone with the honey and then add the cream.
7. Stuff and roll the dough.
8. Leave in the fridge for 3/4 hours before serving.
