How to cook a steak perfectly: simple rules to follow

Cooking a steak can appear to be a simple process. But that's not the case, you need special attention to have it perfect.
Pour the olive oil on the meat and distribute it. Then add salt and pepper on both sides.
Brown the meat in a non-stick pan and then massage with butter and a clove of garlic.
Transfer the meat to a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
Let it rest for a few minutes and then serve it.
