Puff pastry lollipops: the creative and original idea for Valentine's Day

Ingredienti:
2 rectangular puff pastry rolls
100 g of jam or hazelnut cream
1 egg yolk
Granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Spread the puff pastry and then make the lollipops using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
2. Place puff pastry hearts on a tray covered in baking paper.
3. Fill with jam or hazelnut cream: one tsp for each will be enough.
4. Place some wooden sticks with the sharp edge on the middle of the puff pastry heart.
5. Then cover with some more puff pastry hearts.
6. Whisk the egg yolk and use it to brush the lollipop's surface. Then sprinkle with some granulated sugar.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.
