How to prepare a delicious camy cream: simple and delicious

Ingredients:
Basic cream:
500g mascarpone
150 g condensed milk
250ml whipped cream
Chocolate:
65 g dark chocolate
210 g condensed milk
500 g of mascarpone
250ml whipped cream
Caramel:
1 can of condensed milk (to caramelize in water for 3 hours)
500g mascarpone
250ml whipped cream
Directions:
1. Base cream: mix the mascarpone with the condensed milk, then add the cream. Leave to rest in the fridge.
2. With chocolate: mix the mascarpone. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the condensed milk. Combine everything and then add the cream.
3. Caramel: put the condensed milk in water and let it caramelize for 3 hours. Stir in the mascarpone and then add caramelized condensed milk and whipped cream.
