Fried bread with filling: the easy recipe for a delicious snack

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
375 g of flour
7 g of instant dry yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
187 ml of warm milk
42 g of melted butter
1 large egg
Panko breadcrumbs
Fresh parsley
Oil
- For the filling
1 canned tuna
1 carrot
Fresh parsley
Salt, pepper, aromatic herbs
4-5 tbsp of sauce
Directions:
1. Start by mixing flour, salt, milk, butter and egg. Stir with a wooden spoon to blend.
2. The move to a floured surface and knead until you get a smooth dough.
3. Cover it and let it rise until it doubles its size.
4. Flatten the dough and cut it into 12 pieces.
5. Make balls out of each piece.
6. Cover them and let rest for 15 minutes.
7. Meanwhile make the filling mixing tuna, shredded carrot, parsley, the seasoning you like the most and tomato sauce.
8. Flatten the dough balls and place a spoonful of filling in the middle. The close them.
9. Brush the dough balls with some water and coat them in a mixture of breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
10. Let them cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
11. Deep fry them in oil until golden.
