Puff pastry hearts with chocolate and strawberries: the quick recipe perfect for Valentine's Day

Ingredients:
2 puff pastry rolls
1 large egg
Sugar
Hazelnut cream (or custard)
Strawberries or raspberries for decoration
Directions:
1. With a heart-shaped cookie cutter make some hearts out of the puff pastry.
2. Brush with some whisked egg yolk.
3. Then place the heart with the hole in the middle on top of the whole ones.
4. Make some holes using a fork.
5. Sprinkle with some sugar.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
7. Once bakes, carefully empty the inside of every heart and fill it with hazelnut cream (or custard) using a piping bag.
8. Decorate with fresh fruit.
