How to make fluffy and tasty buns without the oven!

You can make these fluffy buns in a pan!

INGREDIENTS
160g flour
15g sugar
1 tsp salt
10g fresh yeast
80ml milk
40ml water
10g butter
 
METHOD
  1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add yeast, milk, water, and mix, forming a dough. Pour the mixture on a board and knead and spread your hands well until you get a smooth ball. Add the butter and massage until it is well mixed into the dough.
  3. Form a ball, place it in a bowl, cover and let it rise until it doubles in size. Divide into 4 pieces and make 4 balls. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Massage each ball, and place each on top of a piece of kitchen paper.
  4. Cover and let stand until doubled in size. Place each ball on top of the kitchen paper in a pan, cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn over, remove the kitchen paper, and cook again for 15 minutes.
