Homemade butter: how to prepare it with 1 ingredient

Ingredients:
500 ml of fresh heavy cream
Directions:
Pour the cream into the mixer and mix until two compounds are obtained: buttermilk and butter.
Store the buttermilk to make creams.
Put the butter in a colander and filter the excess liquid.
Close the butter on a sheet of parchment paper and give it the classic rectangular shape. Refrigerate for an hour so it can compact.
