Stale bread bites: a delicious way to reuse it

Ingredients:
2 eggs
salt
150 gr cheese
30 gr dill or parsley
Stale bread
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with salt, cheese and dill (or parsley).
Cut the bread into slices and cover them with the mixture just prepared.
Brown them in a pan with butter or oil.
