Savory stuffed girelle: the tasty recipe to make easily

Ingredients:
Dough:
600 gr flour
400 ml hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
80 ml oil
400 gr celery, parsley and dill
salt
30 ml oil
1 yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk
Directions:
Dough: mix salt, yeast in water. Then add flour and oil and make a stick. Let rise for a couple of hours and then divide it into equal parts.
Cut small celery, parsley and dill into pieces, season with salt and oil. Roll out each portion, stuff it and roll it up. Brush the yolk and milk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
