No bake chocolate cheesecake: the recipe to prepare an amazing dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
120 gr dry biscuits
60 gr butter
Cream:
400 gr cream cheese
200 gr hazelnut and cocoa cream
65 gr icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 ml cream
8 pralines
Directions:
Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Crush the bottom of the mold and put in the fridge.
In a bowl, whisk the cheese, hazelnut cream, icing sugar, vanilla, cream and pralines.
Pour the mixture onto the base and refrigerate for 3 hours.
