Chicken strips breaded with egg whites: the recipe for a delicious meal

Ingredients:
2 slices of chicken breast
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of spices
2 garlic teeth
salt
Oil
2 tablespoons starch
 
Directions:
Cut the chicken into strips and add the yolks, spices, chopped garlic, salt, starch and mix. Pass the strips in the beaten egg whites and then cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and brown them.
