Marinated baked chicken: the recipe to prepare it perfectly

Ingredients:
Lemon juice
Oil
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of chopped ginger
10 garlic cloves
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of spice mix
2 whole chicken
Potatoes and bell peppers
Directions:
In a large bowl mix lemon juice, oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic (chopped), salt, paprika, cinnamon and spice mix. Cut the chicken and place into the bowl, cover and leave for 2 hours.
Cut the potato and the bell pepper, place them in a baking dish. Add the chicken and bake at 400°F (200°) for 50 minutes.
