Brioche bows: the original and delicious idea

Ingredients:
300 ml hot milk
100 ml oil
1 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
2 spoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
300 gr flour

Directions:
In a large bowl pour the milk and add the yeast, oil, butter and eggs.
Mix well and add sugar, flour and salt.
Knead the dough with your hands and let it rise for at least a couple of hours.
Then roll it out and cut it to form flakes. Let them rest for 20 minutes and then brush the yolk (and add the sesame seeds if you want). Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
