Mini stuffed meatloaf: the recipe for a rich and tasty dish

Ingredients:
1 kg of ground beef (maybe chicken)
200 g pumpkin
1 large onion
2/3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Parsley
pepper
Flour to taste
Oil for frying
Directions:
Grate the pumpkin and mix it with the ground beef. Add the chopped onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Form the meatloafs and coatthem in the flour. Fry in a pan and then leave them in the pot for 10 minutes.
