Baked creamy pork loin chops: a delicious meal in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
• 500g Meat
• 3tbsp Tomato paste
• 2 tbsp Sour cream
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 garlic cloves
• 150g grated cheese
• Pepper
• Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the piece of meat into several steaks and place in a bowl.
  2. Add tomato paste and pepper.
  3. Mix very well until each steak is covered. Let stand 30 minutes.
  4. Add salt and place the fillets on a baking sheet.
  5. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, add 2 cloves of garlic and mix.
  6. Pour a tablespoon of mixture on top of each steak. Add grated cheese and pepper and bake for 30 min at 180ºC (356ºF)
