Square pancakes: the simple recipe for a delicious breakfast

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
450 ml milk
salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
50 gr butter
8 gr vanilla sugar
15 gr baking powder
1 teaspoon dry yeast
 
Directions:
Mix the egg with the sugar, then add butter, salt, milk and flour.
Finally add vanilla sugar, baking powder and dry yeast.
Form a uniform batter. Cook your pancakes in a non-stick pan and use the molds.
