Soufflé pancakes: how to make them very tasty and fluffy

Ingredients:
2 eggs
25 gr flour
20 ml milk
20 gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Preparation:
Divide the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks with milk, sugar and lemon. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar. Add the two compounds and cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
