Fluffy and tasty apple cake: the way to make it perfect

Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
170 gr sugar
120 ml milk
120 ml oil
1 packet of baking powder
1 sachet of vanillin
2 apples cut into wedges
250 gr flour

Preparation:
Divide egg yolks and egg whites. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and add milk and oil. Then add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Add the egg whites and pour into the buttered mold.
Add the apple wedges and bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
