How to clean and preserve the mushrooms

A simple method for cleaning champignon mushrooms. First, cut the end of the stem and then peel it off. Set aside the stem, start cleaning the upper part of the mushroom (pull the upper layer away starting from the portion of the cap shown in the video). Do the same with the stem by removing as little as possible of the fungus.
Put everything in a bowl and rinse well and let it dry. At this point, you can freeze them by cutting them into pieces and putting them in food bags (they can be stored for 2 months).
