Cheese Dinner Rolls: your next favourite bread

Ingredients:
250g flour
1 tsp of instant dry yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
125ml of warm milk
1 egg + (1 egg yolk to apply the dough)
1 sprig of spring onion
3 tbsp of butter
3/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of shredded cheese, spring onion, salami/smoked beef, etc.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cover for 90 minutes. Divide into 8 pieces. Then mix onion, cheese and smoked beef. Flatten the dough into thin long fill with cheese mixture. Roll up and repeat the process once again for each dough. Put on the baking tray and cover for 30 minutes, sprinkle with egg yolk. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
