Savory stuffed tarts: you'll fall in love with this filling

Ingredients:
Dough:
500 gr flour
1 eggs
1 tbsp salt
Water
30 minutes
Filling:
400 gr minced meat
Chives
Chopped garlic
100 gr chopped mushrooms
Soy sauce
Spices
1 egg
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour, egg, salt and add water (gradually).
Leave for 30 minutes and then make the mini dough, cover and leave for other 30 minutes.
In another bowl mix well all the ingredients if the filling.
Spread the mini dough and fill, make the tarts as the video shows and cook in a skillet with oil.
