How to reuse stale bread: simple and tasty idea

Ingredients:
Stale bread
3/4 eggs
salt
herbs to taste
 
 
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the eggs with salt and herbs.
Dip the slices of bread and fry them in hot oil.
Serve them with the side dishes you prefer.
