Crunchy roasted potato: the tip to make them amazing

Ingredients:
6 large potatoes
salt
Pink salt
Fresh rosemary
pepper
2 tablespoons grated cheese
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 baking soda spoon
 
Directions:
Boil the water, peel the potatoes and soak them.
Then pour baking soda and salt into the water, add the potatoes and let them soften.
Transfer them to an oven dish and season, then bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
