Savory ice cream: this will be a new trend!

INGREDIENTS
1 pizza dough
10 potatoes
80g butter
1 red onion
100g ham
4 slices prosciutto
150 g raclette
1/4 cup chives
Chives
Salt and pepper
METHOD
1. Form 4 hard cones with aluminum foil. Cut the pizza dough into 4 and roll each quarter around the cone. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/ 350°F.

2. Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, drain and mash. Add butter, chives, ham, onion, salt and pepper.
3. Remove the foil from the cones and place them in the cups so that they remain straight. Place 1 slice of prosciutto at the bottom of each cone. Place 2 balls of mashed potatoes on each cone.
4. Melt the cheese and pour it on the ice cream, sprinkle with chives.
