How to make meloncello (melon liqueur) at home

Ingredients:
1 cantaloupe
500ml alcohol 95°
500g caster sugar
1 vanilla bean
500ml milk
250ml whipping cream
Directions:
Cut the cantaloupe into cubes, place it in a bowl and cover with the alcohol. Let it rest for a week.
Bring cream, milk and sugar to a boil, and add the vanilla bean. Cool the syrup and blend the melon, gradually add the syrup. Blend all the mixture to remove the lumps and pour into a bottle.
Let it rest for a couple of weeks in the fridge and it will be ready.
